Core Stability

Core stability refers to the are of the body bound by the deep abdominal muscles, the pelvic floor muscles, the deep back muscles, and the diaphragm. When working together correctly, these muscles help to stabilise the spine.

Core stability retraining corrects the timing and activation of these muscles.

Realtime Ultrasound

Realtime ultrasound allows you to see how your muscles are working. Having the ability to see these muscles can help you retrain them in a more effective way, and helps ensure correct activation. This allows clients to leave the clinic knowing exactly how to do their exercises at home.
