We are still open during the Covid-19 Pandemic
The current government recommendations and restrictions allow you to leave your home to attend for physiotherapy sessions. We are following the advice on how to provide a safe environment for your treatment. For those of you unable to attend in person we have set up Telehealth. Appointments for Teleheath can be made by either emailing us on info@cityphysio.biz or booking on-line.
Physical and mental well-being when working from home
For those of you working from home during the coronavirus quarantine period, this article originally shared by the Australian Physiotherapy Association is a useful guide for working at home office setup principles.
It is important to remember that a comfortable, supported and relaxed spine is crucial for a home office setup. A comfortable spine is a good indicator that you have got things right – especially if after about 30 minutes you still feel well supported with no noticeable tension in your neck, shoulder and back muscles.
Update for Chapel Hill Clinic Opening Hours
During this Covid-19 pandemic and possibly as a more permanent change we are pleased to announce an increase to our opening hours at CH. Patients can now book on-line to see Linda on Saturdays between 10am and 3pm. Throughout the rest of the week appointments may also be made for CH at other times. We hope this increase in hours gives flexibility to those busy during the week or who are now working from home.
